WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGES

(All packages include a complimentary consultation prior to booking)

Wedding Design from $2,000

The following services are included in this package:

1 Hour design meeting with our wedding planner
Creation of a comprehensive design concept by our wedding planner
1 Hour presentation meeting of design ideas (our planner will meet with you to go over her design recommendations, this may be done remotely, if necessary)
Supervision of design vendors set-up and tear-down (up to 12 hours)
Room diagram for ceremony (if necessary) and reception for you to provide to your vendors
Delivery time confirmation for design vendors

*For an additional fee, we can source set-up and tear-down staff and décor and rentals

Month of Wedding Planning from $2,000

The following services are included in this package:

Direction of rehearsal*, ceremony, and reception
Review and confirmation of details with vendors the client hires and Whimsical Weddings & Events will be managing on your wedding day
Management and supervision of ceremony and reception vendors on the wedding day (making sure deliveries are as schedule and everything is set-up per your plans for up to 12 hours)
Creation of a customized wedding day timeline for ceremony and reception schedules
Provide bride, groom, and the necessary vendors with a timeline for the wedding day
Create processional for ceremony
Phone and email consultations, as necessary
One meeting at the ceremony and reception site(s) to discuss your set-up plans
One meeting in person to discuss contracts, wedding logistics, and make final preparations for timelines
Ensure that the guest book, pen, flower girl basket, ring bearer pillow, party favors, and other special details are set up per your request by the person you have designated
Etiquette guidance , upon request
Supervise boxing of cake and management of gifts (we will make sure that the cake and gift get to the person(s) you have designated them to)
Access to our online wedding planning program to help keep your wedding organized
Packet of information that includes questions for you to ask your vendors during interviews and other helpful wedding planning tips

All-Inclusive Wedding Planning Package from $6,000

Consultations via phone or email, as necessary
Personal meetings by appointment (limited to 3 per vendor category, exceptions may be made as deemed necessary by the planner)

Review and confirmation of details with wedding vendors
Management and supervision of ceremony and reception vendors on the wedding day (making sure deliveries are as schedule and everything is set-up per your plans for up to 12 hours)

Distribute payment to vendors
Invitation selection assistance and RSVP management
Budget creation and guidance to ensure you meet your budget goals

Virtual Wedding Planning Package: Month of Wedding Planning $950

2 Meetings with the bride via Skype or Facetime (1st meeting to get documents and go over questions, 2nd meeting we discuss timeline and last minute details)
Access to our wedding planner, Sacha Patires, for consultations via phone, email, and text, as needed
Creation of ceremony timeline for your point of contact to use at rehearsal and for your ceremony
Review and confirmation of details with wedding vendors and provide timeline to vendors, when applicable
Creation of ceremony and reception schedules
Etiquette guidance, upon request
1 Meeting with your designated Point of Contact person to discuss wedding day and rehearsal details
Our wedding planner, Sacha Patires, will be on-call on the day of your wedding for you or your POC to contact
Advise on your wedding design, as requested

Mini Virtual Wedding Planning Consultation $50

A 30-minute virtual consultation with our certified wedding planner via phone or video call. Payment for this package must be made in full prior to the consultation.

1-Hour Virtual Wedding Planning Consultation $100

A 1-hour virtual consultation with our certified wedding planner via phone or video call. Payment for this package must be made in full prior to the consultation.
