Celebrity Package
Our most popular package will provide the bride and groom the ultimate, stress-free wedding experience. Whimsical Weddings will handle all of the details while the couple remains in total control throughout the wedding planning process. We remain flexible and customize to suit the needs of each couple to ensure every wedding is a unique experience. This ultimate package includes the following services:

Red Carpet Package
If you have already planned your wedding and are looking to relax on the day of your wedding, our wedding day coordination package is for you! This is our “wedding weekend” package. The following services are included:
Direction of rehearsal*, ceremony, and reception
Review and confirmation of details with vendors
Management of vendors and the event on wedding day
Timeline and instructions provided to wedding attendants (if requested)
Creation of ceremony and reception schedules
1-2 hour meeting with our Celebrity Wedding Planner to review contracts and discuss wedding details
Supervise boxing of cake and management of gifts after wedding concludes
Availability of special artistic wedding accessories including quilling, paper artwork, and other items designed by the Whimsical Weddings & Events design team

Glamorous Package
This package is for the bride and groom who have planned every detail of their wedding but would like a professional wedding planner on-site for the day of their wedding to manage vendors during set up. This does not include coordination of the wedding party but is meant to ensure that the ceremony and reception rooms are set up based on your pre-arranged plans. (additional fees may apply based on number of guests, travel, destination weddings, or other factors) This package includes the following services:
1-2 hour meeting with our Celebrity Wedding Planner to review the plans and receive copies of all details that you have planned
8 Hours of event management to include managing deliveries and vendors (additional hours may be added)
Placement of party favors, guest book & pen, cake cutting items, and toasting flutes
Hollywood Package
Do you want your wedding to look like you had a celebrity wedding planner design it - without the price tag of hiring one to plan your entire wedding? Our design package now makes it possible! This is our design only package and the following services are included:
Design Meeting with our celebrity wedding planner ~ The Wed Diva
Presentation meeting of design ideas to client
Day of event set up (if more than 8 hours additional hourly fees apply)
Day of event tear down (if more than 2 hours additional hourly fees apply)

Diva Package
Our diva package is the perfect way to start your wedding planning adventure. It will equip you with everything you need to get started and prepare you to have an organized wedding planning experience. You receive a consultation with our wedding planner to answer your questions or seek advise on anything weddingish.

This package is designed for those who would like to select the exact services that they would like to have provided. The couple will complete a form to customize their wedding package and a quote will be provided based on their selections.
